Depending on how long it’s been there or how serve the staining is, will depend on if it’s removable or not. I carry multiple products to address different levels of severity.

If products are not successful at removing hard water staining, the staining may be etched into the glass where restoration (buffing) or replacement may be the only option.

Yes, An interior/exterior cleaning includes cleaning screens, sills and frames. There is no upcharge for each screen or wiping out the sills. While most services have an up-charge for these services, these are simply included in the service.

Screens can be very dirty even though they don’t appear so. If they are not cleaned that dirt simply gets transferred to the glass with the next rain causing results to suffer.
